While we will make every effort to fulfil orders placed with Equestrian Warehouse, we accept no responsibility or liability if we are unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.

While we always strive to provide accurate information on our website and Social platforms, mistakes, errors, or omissions may occur. Equestrian Warehouse is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from using or applying the information on our site and or Social Platforms.

Warranty

Goods are warranted against defective workmanship and materials, provided they are unmodified in any way and are used for their intended purpose. The warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, provided that Equestrian Warehouse is satisfied the defects were due to manufacturing or transit issues. Warranties will not extend beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period or conditions, and are limited to replacing or repairing defective goods as outlined in these terms.

 

Privacy & Safety​

Personal Information

In the course of normal business, Equestrian Warehouse may collect customer information, including purchase history, contact details, and delivery information. This information remains confidential and will be held securely; it will not be disclosed to any third party.

Customer Consent

Customers who do not wish for their personal information to be collected or used for any purpose other than completing the transaction can do so by not subscribing to our website

 

Access to Personal Information

Customers can access their personal information under the Privacy Act 1993 and may request changes to the information held by us.

Payment Methods

Equestrian Warehouse requires full payment for any online order. Payment can be made through Direct Payment Services (DPS) using Visa, Mastercard, or Afterpay. Additionally, you may pay via online banking; details will be sent with all order confirmations.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
